In 2003 the musical odyssey known as The Little Wheels Band began to take shape in my home in El Granada as I built a mastering studio, wrote some songs, hosted jam sessions and built this CD. The Little Wheels Band performed many of these songs including I Believe and Heavan, She's the One which are still playing on radio stations around the world .
Recorded at both the band's Half Moon Bay sound stage
and MJ's home studio. Bo set up a "big board" and mic'd everything. We set our levels and off the boys went burning to 2-track.
Drew and Kerry Johnson (pedal player) couldn't make the session so a couple weeks later they went into MJ's home studio to record their parts. Then MJ mastered the project.
There are 11 songs on this Cd including So Done With You, Nothing But the Wheel, Travelin Lite, It Doesn't Matter, Time Won't Let Me and Boulder To Birmingham.
The LWB's 2003 debut album featuring LWB original songs Winnemucca Girl, Heavan, She's the One, Keep it Simple, It Ain't Here, Who Say's You Can't Love Twice? and The Game.
